Jhon has been back in Honduras for 2 weeks now. We were blessed while we were in the states to be able to have some funds to help one of the churches we are now working with. This church is on the bordo or the area around a river or roadside. The church sponsoring this church is from Choloma which is north of San Pedro Sula. They need a building protect the children when they have classes from the weather. They have put up some blocks around the area so that they can make a level place to put in the cement floor.They still have one end of blocks to put in and that will cost $200.00. We have been able to help them by buying 4 loads of fill dirt and have had it delivered to the sight. The church is planning on this building being a public school during the week and then a church on Sunday.
We are getting culled vegetables twice a week. We are cleaning them and getting them ready for the people. We take them to the Bordo or to one of the churches we work with. This is some of the ladies packaging the vegetables for the people to take home and help supplement their diets.
We thank the Lord for His bountiful blessings that we can share with the people of Honduras.
