Ladies's meeting

We had a ladies's meeting yesterday, Thursday, January 19, at La Libertad.  We had 20 women and 6 young girls there.  My interpreter and I ministered on Biblical Womanhood.  What does the Bible say about being a woman?  We used the Bible and a book called Biblical Womanhood in the Home.  The women were very responsive and there was sharing going on.  We talked about how being a helpmate for our husbands isn't always easy.  We do get frustrated at them at times.  I shared an incident in the past when I had gotten frustrated at Jhon.  After he had left for work, I made bread.  I took my frustration out on the bread when I kneaded it.  That was a better way since we didn't leave each other angry or start the morning angry and there was some homemade bread to share.  The women liked that idea.  We then shared  a snack of some Arab sandwiches and soda.  It was an enjoyable time for all of us.
